Last year, firstofly author Kevy, and I had the opportunity to visit Vietnam twice — Thanks to Qatar Airways golden ticket!
We stayed at the Park Hyatt Saigon, a property with a stunning French Colonial architecture. This particular property is known for its breakfast incredible breakfast. Since Kevy has been a World of Hyatt Globalist (formerly known as Diamond) member, complimentary breakfast was included as one of the perks.
You can order items from the à la carte menu — I ordered eggs benedict. Yum!
I’m a smoked salmon lover. Nothing better than having smoked salmon with capers and cheese for breakfast! Nom nom nom!
There was also a soup station where you can get your own customized made-to-order Vietnamese style noodle soup.
Breakfast at the Park Hyatt Saigon was such a treat! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch, just as I expected from upscale hotels in Asia. We had a fantastic time in Vietnam, and when I come back to visit Ho Chi Minh in the future, I will not hesitate to stay at the Park Hyatt Saigon again.
