Sunday Brunch Episode 13: American Airlines Business Class SCL – DFW

I’m officially no one at American Airlines. A year ago, I decided to quit flying American Airlines due to their poor customer service and endless operational challenges. I moved my loyalty and business elsewhere. So often time, I had bitter experiences when flying American Airlines.

That said, there is one thing American Airlines deserves credit for — their beef. I travel a lot, and I’ve flown different airlines all these years. But other airlines tend always to overcook the meat. It’s not the case with American Airlines. They always served it to my liking – medium.

On my flight from Santiago to Dallas, I had an appetizer that consisted of prosciutto and a simple salad.

For the main course, I had beef fillet.

It was excellent!

And for dessert, I had ice cream sundae.

Finally, for the pre-arrival breakfast, I had an omelet, which was boring.

Thoughts

There are a lot of things not to love about American Airlines, but there is one thing that they excel — it’s the beef!
